Next Level Collaboration is a proudly neurodivergent-led organisation, and through our social mission we actively recruit team members who have lived experiences of neurodivergence. 

Why does this matter?

While professional knowledge and experience is valuable, nobody understands the experiences and needs of the neurodivergent community better than those who are part of it. By centring adults with lived experience of neurodivergence to lead our programs, participants also have the opportunity to connect with role models and fellow gamers just like them. 

The Next Level Collaboration program is informed by the lived experiences of our staff who understand the needs of our participants and how to best support them. Our programs do not aim to change who our participants are, but instead build confidence, support self-advocacy skills, and celebrate their individual differences!
