Consent

Welcome to Next Level Collaboration! We are very excited to work with you and your child over the coming weeks. If you have any questions about this consent form, please do not hesitate to contact us at press-start@nextlevelcollaboration.com.

The Next Level Collaboration program uses carefully selected, age-appropriate commercially produced video games to teach and develop practical social skills in neurodiverse children, or other children who may benefit from extra support.

As part of our program, Next Level Collaboration uses video modelling to help teach these skills. This means that all participating children will be filmed playing the selected video game each week, and the footage will be shown to the group as part of reflection and feedback. This footage will be kept confidential and will not be published or shared with anyone outside the program. Each week’s footage will only be used in the following week’s session, and will be deleted after it has been used for reflection and feedback.

At Next Level Collaboration, the safety and wellbeing of the children that we work with is crucial. This means that we require participating children to be dropped off and picked up by a parent or guardian when attending our program. Our full Child Safe Policy and related procedures are available in our Digital Welcome Pack.
